Do you sell to the general public?
Yes, we are both wholesale and retail.
What Credit Cards do you honor?
Master, Visa, and Discover cards
Do you have hardware with unusual size drillings i.e. 2 1/2 & 2 3/4" centers?
Yes we do, but there are very limited selections. We recommend using a back plate and a pull combination to cover the existing holes. This gives you a larger selection to choose from and also with the latest finishes.
Do you have many selections for us to see?
Yes we show over 2000 pices of Decorative knobs and pulls to choose from in the latest finishes.
Do you stock all that you show?
We have chosen to stock items from 6 of the 12+ Manufacturers that we show. To name a few of the manufacturers that we show are Berenson, Amerock, Liberty, Alno Inc., Belwith/Period Brass, Anne at Home, Colonial Bronze, Omnia and Siro Designs. All others have lead times of 1 1/2 to 3 weeks. For hardware with special finishes the time can be as long as six weeks. Lead times depend upon the following critera:
- Special Finishes
- Combinations of Materials in the pulls
- Location of the Manufacturer and their shipping point.
What is your Return Policy?
On stock items you have within 30 days of invoicing to return with your original sales receipt. On special ordered items (non Stocked) only if the manufacturer will take them back, and with your original receipt. There will be a restocking charge of 25% and the cost of freigt to ship back to the suppliers.
We have found over the years that hardware with special finishes cannot be returned.
